Owl vale Life OS

Privacy policy

Last updated September 14, 2026. This notice describes the private integration and the rules governing its handling of Google user data. This application is not represented as verified or endorsed by Google.

Scope and operator

Owl vale Life OS is a privately operated personal assistant integration. This notice covers its use of authorized Google data and these public information pages. The account owner controls authorization. Contact the operator at owl.vale26@gmail.com.

Information accessed

Depending on consent and the requested task, the integration can access email content, metadata and attachments; calendar events; selected files and document or spreadsheet content; tasks; and contact information. Its existing Google permissions include reading, modifying and sending Gmail; Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Tasks access; and read-only contacts access. Not every permission is used for every task.

Purpose

Information is used to provide the owner's requested personal-assistant functions, such as finding correspondence, organizing documents, extracting bill details, summarizing information and preparing plans. Sending messages, changing records, sharing information and making financial commitments remain subject to the owner's approval.

Storage and AI processing

Relevant originals, extracted information, generated summaries, and conversation or operational records may be retained in the owner's private assistant environment, including its hosted server and backups. Google authorization credentials are kept outside the public website.

This is an AI-assisted service, not an entirely local document reader. OpenAI is used in the broader assistant environment for private financial analysis; other workflows may use other configured providers. Google API data may be transferred to an AI provider only as necessary for an explicitly authorized user-facing function and only after the operator confirms that the provider terms and settings meet the restrictions below. If those checks are incomplete, AI processing of newly retrieved Google API data must remain disabled. This notice does not authorize unrestricted transfers to every provider configured in the broader assistant.

Sharing and restrictions

Use and transfer of Google API data is limited to providing or improving the authorized user-facing function, user-directed sharing consistent with that function, necessary security purposes, applicable legal requirements, or other transfers expressly permitted by Google policy. Google API data must not be sold, used for advertising, or used to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. Human access is restricted to the authorizing user and assistance explicitly consented to for the task, necessary security investigation, legal requirements, or other access expressly permitted by Google policy. New processing must not proceed unless these restrictions can be met.

Owl vale Life OS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This is an operating requirement, not a claim of an independent compliance certification.

Retention and deletion

Preserved records may remain until the owner requests deletion or they are removed through maintenance. There is currently no verified uniform automatic deletion period across records and backups. The owner can request deletion of selected stored data and derived records through the established private assistant channel or support address. Deletion scope, backups and any legal retention requirements must be checked before completion is confirmed.

Control and revocation

Google access can be removed through Google Account connections. Removing authorization stops future access using that grant; it does not automatically delete copies already preserved in the assistant environment. Data deletion is a separate request. Never send passwords, recovery codes or authorization tokens by email.

Public website

These static pages contain no analytics scripts, forms, Google sign-in controls or application cookies. The public information pages are hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, under its privacy policy. Private Google records are not included in this website.

Changes and questions

Material changes to data uses, permissions or providers require review and an updated notice. For access, privacy or deletion questions, use the support address below. Email access may sometimes be unavailable; the owner can also use the existing private assistant channel.
